Giving feedback and getting support

How to send feedback, report a bug, or flag something confusing to the Crown team from inside the app.

Updated August 27, 2026

Crown is built for small manufacturers, and the fastest way it improves is hearing from you. You can send feedback, report a bug, or flag something confusing without leaving the app or composing an email.

Sending feedback

On a desktop or laptop, look for the Feedback button in the bottom-right corner of the screen (it isn't shown on phones yet). It opens a short form.

  1. Pick a type

Choose Bug, Suggestion, Confusing, or Other so we can route it correctly.

  2. Describe it

Write what happened or what you'd like to see. For a bug, what you expected versus what actually happened is the most useful thing you can tell us.

  3. Send it

Leave Include screenshot ticked to attach an image of what's on your screen, then select Send Feedback.

Getting support

The Feedback button is one-way: it reaches us with everything we need to look into something, but it isn't a conversation. When you need an actual answer, here's where to go.

Start with the help centre. These articles cover the whole app, and the search box at the top of the help centre looks inside every one of them, not just their titles. Why can't I…? is worth a look for anything the app is refusing to let you do — most of those are a deliberate rule with a straightforward way around it.

Ask CrownQ, in the app, answers questions about your own records — what's overdue, what a lot became, what you spent — rather than about how Crown works. See Search and Ask.

Email support@crownqms.com when you need a reply from a person: anything about your account, billing, or your data, and anything urgent. Include your company name so we can find you quickly, and the lot code, batch number, or page involved if it's about a specific record.
