Billing and subscription

Where to view your plan, update payment details, switch billing cycle, and cancel your subscription.

Crown keeps your plan, payment details, and subscription controls in one place. This article covers what's on the billing page and how to make the common changes.

Your current plan

Open Billing under Admin. The Current plan panel shows your plan (Core or Pro), billing cycle, price, status, and next charge date. During a trial, the status shows how many days remain before your first charge.

Updating payment and viewing invoices

Payment details and invoices are handled through a secure Stripe-hosted billing portal. Under Manage billing, select Open Stripe portal to update your card, change your payment method, and download past invoices. Changes you make there reflect back in Crown within a few minutes.

Changing your billing cycle

Under Subscription, switch between Monthly and Annual.

Cancelling

To cancel, select Cancel subscription and provide a brief reason.
