A sampler or gift set stands on its own — its own name, code, and lot-code format, independent of any single product — and packing one draws its components from real finished-good lots, so the pack lands in inventory and the bottles it used leave it. The bundles list shows what's assembled and on hand, searchable and exportable alongside pack genealogy.
  • Every pack carries its own lot code, generated from the bundle's own format, with a best-before inherited from the earliest lot inside it. Packing from short-dated stock is flagged before you commit to it.
  • Recall reaches through a pack. Trace a bottle lot and see every sampler it shipped inside; trace a sampler and open up the lots, batches, ingredients, and supplier receipts behind it — so a recall on a single ingredient reaches the packs as well as the loose bottles.
  • Cost, labels, and complaints all understand a pack. A bundle's estimated cost builds from what it's packed from and shows how many components carry a price; a carton label prints for any assembled pack; and a complaint can name the bundle and the exact pack it concerns.
  • Correct a pack that was recorded in error. Voiding it with a reason returns the component lots to stock and takes the pack out of inventory, while what it claimed to contain stays on the record.
  • Products open to an at-a-glance summary — batch history and cycle time, median yield with a trend sparkline, finished goods on hand, and estimated cost per SKU.
  • Product summaries surface what needs attention: expired or expiring stock, lots on hold, open deviations and complaints, and the state of the recipe, hazard analysis, QC spec, and allergen statement.
  • Start a batch directly from a product, arriving at the batch-mode choice with the product and its approved recipe already selected.
  • Estimated cost shows how many of a recipe's ingredients carry a price, so a partially-priced recipe is clear at a glance.

  • The completed Quick Batch summary reads as a faithful production record: every ingredient and the lot(s) it used shown by name and code (including a lot the batch drew down to zero), each substituted-in ingredient carrying its original recipe target with a "substituted from" note (e.g. bottled water carries the in-house RO water target), and the add-ingredient badge counting only genuine off-recipe additions.
