Why is Crown so much cheaper than the alternatives?
We built Crown for ourselves first. A small food manufacturer can't afford $400/month, and the existing tools weren't sized for one. We priced this for the operator we wished we'd had options for.
Do you have an annual plan?
Yes — annual billing saves you 20% on either plan. Toggle “Annual” above to see the rate.
What counts as a user?
Anyone with their own login, including read-only members who never edit a record. With electronic signatures on monitoring, everyone who signs a check needs their own account — so plan for your shift pattern rather than your headcount. Core includes one user and Pro includes three; if you need more, email hello@crownqms.com and we'll sort it out.
Is the trial really free?
30 days, full Pro access. We require a card at signup to keep automated abuse down — you won't be charged if you cancel before day 30. We email you on days 27 and 29 as a reminder.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export everything as PDFs at any time. After cancellation, you have a 30-day window to download anything you missed before the account closes.
Multiple facilities — can you handle that?
Both plans include one facility. If a co-packer makes some or all of your products, Crown records those runs too: their batch number, the lots that went in, their batch record and certificate, and the finished lots you hold, release and trace like your own. Running more than one facility yourself? Email us; that's on the way.
